Black | Charles Holsey, 19, was shot and killed on the North Shore in what police are called a drug deal gone wrong. Holsey went to 310 Sylvan Street for a drug deal and got into a fight around 8:45 p.m when the people he was selling to tried to steal the drugs. The teenager then got into a vehicle with his girlfriend and fled the scene. After the homicide, the two suspects, Gary Toney Jr. 19, and Javonte Davis, 17, led police on a lengthy chase in the victim's stolen truck and injured two bystanders during a shootout with police.
