Trivia

Biggest Fear: "I don't really have any fears; I'm just excited. I want a better lifestyle and I'm excited to fit into smaller clothes,"" Casey says.

Biggest Goal: "To me it's a big deal to keep up with my kids,"" she says. "I'd love to be able to run without stopping every five seconds."

Casey Prock just got married last May, but she's not your typical newlywed. When the 25-year-old and her husband joined as one family they also united three kids—Casey's 6-year-old son and her husband's 10-year-old son and 12-year-old daughter.

"I'm always busy, especially with three kids," Casey laughs, explaining she also works full-time at Neca Ibew Family Medical Care processing insurance claims.

Casey says it was when she noticed her clothes weren't fitting during a shopping trip with her new stepdaughter that she realized she needed to make a change. So she started heading to the gym more regularly.

Then, this fall she caught sight of an ad for the Erlanger Live Fit Challenge and we paired her with trainer Brittney Lord at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chattanooga. "We're going to see where she is as far as fitness level and go from there," says Brittney, adding that they will form a cardio plan for Casey to follow four times a week as well as her strength training sessions with Brittney. "She will have full access to the YMCA, her and her whole family."

That's great news for Casey, who hopes that her new healthy lifestyle will also affect her husband and kids in a positive way. And they're all there supporting her, too, she adds.

"My husband's rooting for me," she smiles. "He even made me my own hashtag, #teamcasey."

"The YMCA is about healthy living for the whole family. We're looking at healing and helping families and we have so many community programs. For most people if you look at a person outside that's skinny, you think that person is healthy. But health is the whole spirit, mind and body. It improves your overall outlook on life and your mindset,"" says Brittney.
